We are looking for a talented English Customer Support to join our client in Lisbon!

What you’ll be doing?

  • Provide support to users, addressing any issue or inquiry, via chat, email and phone
  • Ability to identify, research and review complex issues to determine the best solution or troubleshooting;
  • Contribute in an active way to increase product insight and knowledge content;
  • Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience.

Requirements

Why you are a good fit?

  • Fluency in English C2 Level or Native (Mandatory)
  • 1 year experience in Customer Support (Mandatory)
  • Good listening and empathy skills;
  • Good time management skills;
  • Team spirit and flexibility.
  • EU ID / Passport or Residency card (Mandatory)
  • Able to work 10pm to 7 am - night shift
